Boost Campus is an innovation hub in Paris-Saclay offering state-of-the-art laboratories, offices, shared equipment, industrial facilities, and high-performance computing resources for researchers, startups, and established companies.

We are located in Gif-sur-Yvette on the Plateau de Saclay, approximately 20 minutes from Paris by car and easily accessible by public transport via RER B and local bus lines.

Our facilities are open to startups, research institutions, universities, corporate R&D teams, and independent researchers working in various fields including life sciences, materials science, engineering, and data science.

Laboratories & Offices

We offer modular laboratory units ranging from 20 m² to 200 m², which can be configured to meet your specific needs. Spaces can be combined for larger requirements.

Yes, all laboratories come with basic infrastructure including fume hoods, benches, utilities, and safety equipment. Additional specialized equipment can be arranged or accessed through our shared lab.

We offer flexible lease terms from 3 months to 5+ years. Short-term leases are perfect for projects, while long-term leases offer better rates for established operations.

We currently offer BSL-1 and BSL-2 certified spaces. If you require higher biosafety levels, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Yes, tenants have 24/7 access to their spaces with secure key card systems. Visitor access can be arranged during business hours.

Sandbox & Shared Lab

Equipment can be booked through our online portal. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Annual members receive priority booking access.

We offer pay-per-use (hourly booking), monthly passes (unlimited access to selected equipment), annual memberships (best value with priority booking), and custom plans for specific needs.
